Financial aids
This page provides information on scholarships for international students who wish to enroll in a Master’s degree, as well as for students who already hold a Bachelor’s degree from a French university.
FOR 2026/2027, the scholarships haven't been awarded yet. Read the entire page for more details about application procedures and deadlines.
1.Scholarships awarded by the French government
Information to be found on the Campus France website. The French Foreign Ministry awards many different scholarships to foreign students. 25% of these scholarships are directly financed by the Ministry in the framework of Eiffel (for Master's or Doctoral level studies) or Major programmes (for the best foreign students who have graduated from French high schools abroad). The rest are provided by France embassies abroad.

2.Scholarships awarded by Grenoble INP-UGA
Calendar
- January to May: Application period to the Master’s
- End of May: Professors review the application forms and
propose the best candidates for the scholarship committee.
- Early June: scholarship committee is held
- Mid-June: Answers will be given to selected students
after the committee.
At UGA and Grenoble INP, several scholarship programs are available. You do not need to apply for a specific scholarship. When submitting your online application for a master’s programme, simply tick the box indicating that you wish to be considered for a scholarship. After the application deadline, professors will review the applications and nominate candidates to the scholarship committee. The selected students will be contacted from Mid-June to Mid-July 2026.

La tête dans les nuages (also called the AMI Cloud Scholarship) is the final merit-based grant available to students (8000€/year). The application process differs slightly from other scholarships: students must apply independently once they are enrolled in the program. The grant is paid after the student is officially registered at ING/UGA. Applicants to Master 1 and Master 2 MOSIG, as well as students in the engineering cycle at Ensimag or Polytech Info, are eligible to apply. Selection is based on academic excellence.
